The author of this book, M. Raza Ullah Khan (old Ravian), is a career civil servant who qualified his C.S.S in 2008.

Currently, he is working at a responsible position with the Govt. of Pakistan.

Apart from having a promising career in civil service, the author has brilliant academic record, and also has vast experience of teaching C.S.S and P.M.S students.

He has produced many officers by his simple and easy to understand approach in teaching.
